Upcoming Walk

WHAT :
|
Highlights Include:
- A exhibition of Eric Fischl's beautiful, lively and provocative paintings
is a not to be missed event. Once considered a rebellious iconoclast, Fischl is now considered one of the most influential figurative painters of the late 20th and early 21st centuries.
- I have been following the career of this Philadelphia artist who paints
in egg tempura for over 10 years--her work never disappoints with its distinctive, color-filled and intimate imagery.
- This sculptor born in Liverpool creates massive, sensual works that is
both completely contemporary yet timeless. He was the winner of the prestigious Turner prize 2001 and most recently opened his own sculpture park in Germany.
- This art couple joined forces as art students in RISD. Their catchy
pop imagery evolves out of a search for discarded materials in popular culture which they use to re-create people's dreams.
