galleries, museum, artist’s studios, private homes, restaurants, etc. ONART, because of its agent status and because it
maintains no control over personnel, equipment, or operations of their suppliers, cannot assume responsibility and cannot
be held liable for personal injury, property damage/loss, accidents, delays, inconveniences, or any other irregularities from
whatever that may occur during the lectures or tours.
